CHEXS 6 Marathon Walking Challenge

CHEXS supports Herts families by working directly with parents, creating supportive workshops to tackle the underlying sources of family tension such as financial issues, whilst working intensively through family difficulties.

Our work supports children and young people’s mental health & wellbeing through ‘GROWTH’, our structured 30-wk programme of outdoor learning, coaching and afterschool sessions. Our team focuses on building stronger communication skills which in turn strengthens family relationships. 

Our family support team gives parents the opportunity to improve their parenting skills & to support their child’s learning. For 12 years, we’ve worked tirelessly to build relationships with parents & our community, so that they trust us and will accept our support.
